That same philosophy led to the establishment of our Tainan facility, which is equipped with an exact replica of our control system, allowing engineers to not just “learn,” but become fluent in them before they set foot in a live facility. That’s why our technology and services aren’t just used—it’s trusted from Taiwan to Singapore, China, USA, Japan, and Germany.
Not Just Clean Energy—Energy That Makes Sense
The push for sustainability is everywhere, moreso now as the world rushes to mitigate the warming of our Earth. But real change isn’t about slogans—it’s about making it work, and AMPOWER has designed solutions that make a difference:
✅ Quanyang geothermal power plant in Taitung proved that clean energy can be fully managed by private enterprises—the first in Taiwan. Partnering with LCY Group, we cover exploration, drilling, construction, and operations. It has been connected to the Taipower grid since 2020, marking a new era of geothermal energy.
✅ Semisils’ hydrogen power generation project in Tainan repurpose industrial byproduct hydrogen into a new energy source and raw materials, reducing emissions while establishing a patented circular economy model. This was awarded the Taiwan Renewable Energy Certificate.
✅ Shin Kong Hospital’s carbon reduction initiative uses a power system featuring Germany’s natural gas generators with heat recovery and adsorption cooling systems, cutting 1.9 million kWh of electricity consumption annually, lowering operational costs while maximizing energy efficiency.
And when a major paper mill faced summer electricity rates of NT$9 per kWh, they asked us a single question: “How soon can you deliver?” Because at NT$3 per kWh, our natural gas system wasn’t just a cost-saving upgrade—it was survival.
Beyond the Grid, Beyond the Contract

We have outgrown the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) label; we are now an energy partner, designing systems that don’t just run but predict, adapt, and sustain. Our expansion into ESCO (Energy Service Company), BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer), and predictive maintenance isn’t about following trends—it’s about controlling what happens before failure is even an option.
