Calvin Chen
Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder
- Graduated from the University of Southern California with a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and an EMBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
- Before founding AMPOWER, he served as a project manager at KBR, an engineering company in Texas, USA.
- Specializes in project planning, project management, international affairs, marketing strategy, and business management.
Alan Chen
Executive Director
- Graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Chinese literature, currently also serving as the head of NDX Lighting Company.
- Mainly responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of various departments and overseeing the financial condition.
- Specializes in team management, financial analysis, communication coordination, innovative thinking, and problem-solving.
Pi-Hsien Huang
Vice General Manager
- Graduated from the Management Research Institute of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
- Previously employed at facilities operated by Formosa Plastics Group, Nanya Technology, and Taiwan Micron.
- Specializes in factory automation, plant design, engineering construction management, and facility operation.
Mars Lin
Deputy Manager
- With a background in electrical engineering, accumulated over 23 years of experience at AMPOWER.
- Manages customer service departments such as electronic control, mechanical maintenance, and customer service.
- Specializes in electrical project management, customized parallel control systems, and mid-level executive training.
Bear Tsai
Deputy Manager
- With a background in civil engineering, accumulated over 22 years of experience at AMPOWER.
- Formerly worked at Mien Horng Industrial and RSEA Engineering, serving as section chief and electrician, respectively.
- Specializes in engineering project management, construction material management coordination, and executive training.
Geoffrey Chang
Managing Director and Co-founder
- Co-founded AMPOWER company with our Chairman Tom Zhu and CEO Calvin Chen in 1994.
- Established a branch in Fuzhou, China, in 1995, expanding AMPOWER's Chinese market to this day.
- Leads the AMPOWER team into the field of uninterrupted power systems and develops its market.
Michael Chng
Asia Pacific Sales General Manager
- Graduated from the EMBA program at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and joined AMPOWER in 2021.
- Formerly served as Asia Pacific General Manager at Kohler Power Systems and Southeast Asia General Manager at Eaton.
- Assisted AMPOWER in expanding its market in Southeast Asia and developing related applications for data centers.
Zhao-Jun Sun
Technical Director
- With a background in electrical engineering, accumulated over 21 years of experience at AMPOWER.
- Manages mechanical maintenance, customer service, and engineering department-related affairs.
- Specializes in electromechanical engineering management, parallel system, and executive training.
Xiang-Yu Wang
Sales Director
- With a background in thermal and power engineering, joined AMPOWER in 2014.
- Mainly responsible for sales and business development in mainland China.
- Proficient in heat utilization, distributed energy, building energy, emergency power.
